When it comes to all things imbibing, GEMMA’s bar and wine program continues its contemporary philosophy. Inventive cocktails are served stylishly tableside from cocktail carts - a nod to the old school steakhouse ritual, while the extensive wine list boasts one of the city’s best collections of Italian and French wine, such as Barolo, Brunello, Super Tuscans and Burgundy, and also organic and biodynamic wines from both the old and new world regions.
