Every Sunday, GEMMA presents the Sunday Fiorentina Brunch where large format 30-day dry-aged steaks are expertly charcoal-grilled and served with an endless pour of prosecco and Tuscan wines.
Best enjoyed in groups of 4 to 5 persons, the Sunday feast includes a selection of Italian antipasti and homemade pasta – taking your taste buds on a trip to the Tuscan Hills.
